Return Policy

Returns

We have an 18-day return policy, which means you have 18 days after your item has shipped to request a return through our website! Returns will only be accepted if your item is in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

Electronic parts are non-returnable. These items must not be installed and inspection is due before credit returned on all other parts.

Special order items are also non-returnable.

The shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

There is also an 18-day window to request an exchange for your purchase.

Store Credit

Customers have 30 days to request a return for store credit!

International Returns

International orders will have the opportunity to be returned, however, any shipping or duties/taxes from this return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
